Letter: We all pay gambling’s price

The Aug. 28 Dispatch article “Mounting losses” highlighted the $9.7 billion lost by gamblers in Ohio through the major forms of legalized gambling in the past four years. An elected official was quoted in the article stating that those of us who don’t gamble don’t pay a penny more in taxes.
