Gambling Group Therapy, every Monday at 5 p.m.
Group therapy is a great way to engage and relate to other peers who may be experiencing similar issues related to gambling. In group, we don’t just talk about problem gambling but daily life issues that may have been impacted by your problem gambling. This includes finances, mental health, relationships, work, relapse prevention, self-help, building coping skills, unhelpful ways of thinking, and so much more.
Group therapy is more effective in conjunction with individual therapy and can be another tool in your toolbox. We are one of just a few problem gambling-specific groups in the state of Ohio. If you want to learn more about group therapy for problem gambling as well as other services, please contact us online here or call us at 614-324-5425.
